Powered by Phillips, Swatch installed ten luminescent tiles to create a color banner inside their flagship store in Times Square, NYC. Visitors can turn a handle connected to large watch gears on the side wall to trigger the gears' rotation and color animations across the luminescent tiles.
We created more than a dozen looping animations that were programmed to play faster or slower with respect to the speed of the crank.
